COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS ON DIRECT ADVERTISING

We use your e-mail address, which we obtained in connection with the sale of a good or service, for the electronic transmission of advertising for own goods or services, as far as you did not contradict of using the e-mail address. The provision of the e-mail address is required for the conclusion of the contract. Non-provisioning means that no contract can be concluded. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in direct mail. You can revoke the use of your e-mail address at any time. NEWSLETTER SHIPPING VIA EMAIL MARKETING PROVIDER

The dispatch of our E-Mail-Newsletter takes place via the Mail Marketing Service Provider MailChimp, or Mad Mimi to whom we pass on your E-Mail address. This transfer is made in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The e-mail address is transmitted by us to MailChimp and Mad Mimi, which is stored by these Marketing provider companies.

DISTRIBUTION OF E-MAIL ADDRESS TO SHIPPING COMPANIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHIPMENT TRACKING AND STATUS OF THE DELIVERY

We pass on your e-mail address as part of the contract to our shipping service or transport company, if you have explicitly agreed to this in the ordering process. The purpose of the disclosure is to inform you by e-mail about the shimpent tracking and delivery status, as well as falicitating the delivery of the package. At the moment this is only done with EXPRESS orders, when sending the package with the Ordinary Standard Post, your e-mail address will not be forwarded. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time by notifying us or the transport company without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

USING PAYPAL AS A PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER

We have no insights on the Paypal data transmission, when you are placing an order via our website and using Paypal as a payment medium. The data and the processing is in the hands of Paypal.
